Burglar-Proof Your Windows
April 27, 2008 by Bruce Gregg.
Many burglars enter homes by simply breaking glass windows. A good deterrent is to have better quality glass installed at vulnerable points around the perimeter of your residence. Most burglars avoid attempting to break the following types of glass due to the fear of attracting attention:
LAMINATED GLASS is made by a vinyl or plastic interlayer sandwiched between two layers of glass. This type of glass adds additional strength to your windows. To gain entry, a burglar would have to strike the glass repeatedly in the same spot in order to make a small opening. Most burglars are reluctant to create this type of noise for fear of being detected.
TEMPERED GLASS is made by placing a piece of regular glass in an oven, bringing it almost to the melting point, and then chilling it rapidly. This causes a skin to form around the glass. Fully tempered glass is four to five times stronger than regular glass.
WIRED GLASS adds the benefit of a visible deterrent. Extra effort will be needed to break the glass and then cut through the wire located within the glass, in order to gain entry.
PLASTICS: Plastic material is divided into two types: acrylic or polycarbonate. The acrylics are more than ten times stronger than glass of the same thickness…

Burglar-Proof Your Doors
April 27, 2008 by Bruce Gregg.
The majority of devices mentioned in this report cost very little. All of them will help reduce burglary and make your house or apartment more secure.
Begin with a home “security” check. Start with the front door and work clockwise around the entire inside of your home, finishing with the back yard, fence and shrubs, gates and garage.
Shrubbery should never block the view of your front door. This allows an intruder the opportunity of privacy to gain entrance. A wide-angle viewer in the door lets you know your visitor in advance. This item is recommended over a chain lock.
LOCKS, BOLTS AND HINGES -
A DEAD-LATCH is an inexpensive lock set which keeps the burglar from simply slipping your door open with a plastic credit card. This method of entry is common in many areas, but very easy to prevent.
AUXILIARY DEADBOLT: 1″ deadbolt, single cylinder with hardened cylinder guard, and thumb turn.
For extra security, a single cylinder dead bolt lock,…

Unarmed Combat
November 18, 2007 by Bruce Gregg.
U.S. Navy SEAL Unarmed Combat Instructor Reveals Amazing Combat Proven Fighting System!
…Especially Effective If You Are Surprised, Out-numbered Or Just Caught In A Situation Where Everything Is Screwed Up!
This may be the most important message
you ever read…
These new skills were specifically designed for situations where top soldiers suddenly found themselves without a gun or even a pocket knife… possibly wounded… surprised by ambush… out-numbered… and with the violence around them reaching the point of life and death! In short, a situation where everything was completely screwed up! A situation much like you might find in the street, where you suddenly found yourself…
Completely Cut Off From Safety
And Facing The Most Deadly Attacker(s) You Could Imagine!
This is truly neat stuff. It’s about as brutally-advanced as you can get in “desperation” unarmed fighting skills-the kind you would need, say, if you were attacked in a parking lot after a wedding reception… dressed in your best suit, completely taken by surprise, and forced to protect yourself and your family without a second to think. In a situation where you absolutely had to win to survive! Just seeing this new system will…
MULTIPLY Your Ability To Control And Dominate
ANY Violent Situation You’re In!
Over the past few years, at least four different branches of the U.S. military-acting completely on their own-adopted utterly new and astonishingly-deadly hand-to-hand fighting systems. In each case, high-ranking members of these special branches searched (sometimes for years) for a style that would meet the special demands of their soldiers. They had a great “pool” of talent to seach in, too-since they had access to the most experienced warriors in modern times.
None of the systems now used by our elite forces are “classic” martial arts. Some are a “hybrid” of styles, using selected moves from each of the most effective styles. I discovered it was common for the teachers of these new fighting techniques to “borrow” from the deadliest and most powerful forms of Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do… Thai kick boxing… Filipino jungle fighting… and plain old “no rules” street fighting.
Now, through inside contacts, we have been able to find many of the people responsible for creating and teaching the “extra” super-effective hand-to-hand fighting systems used by these soldiers and Spec Op agents. This unique style is amazingly different… and it’s crucial that you get to see it.
But here’s the “kicker”: YOU are in the unique position of being able to learn not just some modern fighting system… but to get “hands on” experience that will allow you to…
Learn The Fighting Skills Developed Exclusively For
The Elite U.S. Navy SEALS!
This is not a situation you can take for granted - it runs against the “grain” of people in the “industry” to let the public know what they know. In all cases, what finally swayed them was the argument that normal civilians are actually in danger 24 hours a day from a wild, uncontrolled criminal element that gets more merciless every second. We need this crucial fighting information-to defend ourselves, to protect our families, to take back our streets and learn to…
Never Walk In Fear Again Anywhere In The United States!
This amazing system was created to meet some very basic “common denominators”:
- The skills must be able to be learned quickly and remembered “viscerally”. That means you can go through the moves a few times and “feel” them in your body… so when you need to use them, they just re-happen naturally, without thinking.
- The system must be easy to use. There are never any “hard to master” moves, such as spinning head kicks, which require lots of time to master and lots more time to maintain.
- Minimal athletic ability is required. Yes, our soldiers are very much in shape-but the truth is, any time they find themselves in hand-to-hand combat, something has gone seriously wrong, because their primary method of fighting is with weapons. So the hand-to-hand system must be easy for them to use even if they are wounded… exhausted… surprised… in cramped spaces… or with their back to the wall.
- Finally, each move must have a “High Consistency of Success”. That means each system has been stripped of any move that is not 100% efficient. There is no nonsense, no roundhouse punches, no leaping kicks, no James Bond-style “karate chops”. Just simple, straight-ahead fighting techniques that can instantly drop a meaner, bigger and more skilled opponent… and end the fight. (This makes the systems incredibly easy to learn in a very short time-sometimes overnight-even if you’ve never been in a fight before in your life!)
Have you heard about Frank Cucci’s brutally-effective Functional Fighting Techniques?
Frank is a pioneer in developing new, simplified hand-to-hand fighting systems for the Navy SEALS. His credentials are mind-boggling: 12 years as a Navy SEAL himself (including four years in SEAL Team Six, the most elite division in the SEALS -the guys who always get the juiciest and toughest assignments. First in, last out. This is the toughest SEAL team to get into, and has unusual freedom in performing actions in the field, because of their unusual success in “black bag” operations.). He’s the Chief Instructor of the Naval Special Warfare Unarmed Combat Course offered to SEALS. He’s so respected as a fighter because he learned his skills through the teachings of famous Jeet Kune Do master Dan Inosanto (Bruce Lee’s training partner) and equally famous Thai boxing master Surachai Sirisute. (These are the “heaviest” names in full-contact martial arts today.)
But Frank’s real worth as an instructor comes from his “in the trenches” experience - where he continued to combine and refine his fighting skills in actual combat. (He saw active duty in nearly every recent U.S. war and engagement .) What worked, stayed. What failed, was left out. Twelve years of this made him…
One Of The Most Respected (And Feared)
Unarmed Fighters In The Military!
This is the NEXT STEP for anyone who wants to learn all the different advanced skills available. And if you are honestly interested in learning how to defend yourself (and your loved ones) with the easiest, simplest, and yet most deadly (as approved by the U.S. military) methods available today-especially when faced with the worst possible conditions-then you absolutely must see this video. The production crew took Frank Cucci out to a San Diego studio and filmed him for hours and hours on videotape-teaching his entire “basic” course. Then they “distilled” everything down to the most effective (fastest to learn) lessons. There are 2 whole hours of incredible stuff on these tapes. And they spent a lot of time and money to make sure the quality of the presentation was super-good: Using four cameras for multiple views (top, level, reverse)-which is a view, you should know, that not even professional soldiers get during a live demonstration. That means you get a front-row, best-seat-in-the-house view at all times, so there are never any “grey areas” in your learning. You see it all… and you get to rewind and see it again at your leisure.

Guard against Purse Snatchers
October 30, 2007 by Bruce Gregg.
Purse snatching is a crime of opportunity. You can eliminate that opportunity. Every female carrying a purse is a potential target. Senior citizens are especially susceptible to these criminals since they may not be readily able to defend themselves and pursue their assailants.
WHAT YOU CAN DO - Purse snatching is a crime that can be easily prevented when you take away the opportunity from the thief. Most purse-snatchers are juveniles under the age of 18, who are waiting for the next opportunity. When you hide the “prize” you protect yourself!
Suppose you are going shopping and waiting for the bus. You are by yourself and your purse is exposed and in open view. You already made two mistakes - you’re alone and your purse is vulnerable. Frankly, your personal safety might depend on NOT clinging to that purse, even though it seems a normal way to protect the contents. Grabbing and shoving that may take place can result in being injured. There are ways to protect yourself, however.
SHOP WITH A FRIEND, TRAVEL TOGETHER - The first precaution you can take is to go shopping with a friend - man or women. You’re safer when in the company of someone else. If you must be out at night alone, stay in well-lighted areas. Walk close to streetlights, staying well away from dark corners, alleys and building entrances.
HOW TO OUTSMART THE PURSE SNATCHER - When carrying a purse, women should have only 3 or 4 one-dollar bills placed inside. Credit cards, currency, driver’s license, keys and jewelry should be carried in a coat or sweater pocket, or concealed on your person to reduce the opportunity of large losses. If you carry a purse, don’t wrap the strap around your shoulder, neck or wrist. If your purse is grabbed, a strong strap will not yield easily and you may be injured. Some purse snatch victims have been thrown down and have received concussions and broken bones. Never carry anything more valuable than you can afford to lose. Always leave all unnecessary credit cards at home. When you shop and carry a purse, place it in your shopping bag. Never leave your purse on a store counter or in a shopping cart - even for a moment.
DON’T CARRY WEAPONS THAT CAN BE USED AGAINST YOU - You should carry a police whistle and a small flashlight on your key chain where they’re readily available. Make a habit to carry your key chain in a pocket - NOT in your purse. And you should never put your name and address on your house keys or car keys. This is a simple way of telling the thief who you are and where you live.
CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY - Most victims are attacked from behind. They don’t get a good look at the attacker. And when a juvenile gets away with it once, he’ll try it again. If attacked, call the police immediately. Try to remember all details - help your police help you!
Recommended Product - Mace Pepper Spray - Combination of OC pepper, CN Tear Gas, and UV Identifying Dye.

It is now possible to detect the people that uses the personal data if have home insurance policy. By this means, the owner will have the knowledge on who are the thieves that tries to use their personal data.
Reports about the present situation of the accounts are given to the owner in regular basis. However, the owner may need to pay the service rendered.
The amount that is paid over to these identity theft insurance is huge. There are many debates about it but people prefer to pay it to have peace of mind.
It is better to pay the huge prize than to be worried about the security of your identity. These insurance will surely protect the account from the identity thieves. You do not need to worry if the accounts are secured by it.
Finding the best identity theft insurance is the first thing you need to do.

Security Survey
October 24, 2007 by Bruce Gregg.
Many law enforcement agencies will provide a free walk-thru of your property. The purpose of this is to identify any potential trouble spots and to determine what steps should be taken to improve the overall security of your property.
You can probably organize a ‘Block Survey’ and have the police sweep the entire block. Many law enforcement agencies are stretched pretty thin, so it could be a long wait. Sometimes off-duty police officers will do this work for a nominal fee.
A word of caution, however. There are many that will offer you a ‘free’ survey just so they can get the contact to try to sell you their security devices. A locksmith might try to sell you better locks, an alarm company one of their security systems, and so on. So use common sense.

ATM and Debit Card Safety
September 23, 2007 by Bruce Gregg.
Treat your card like cash! Always store your card in a safe place!
Keep your PIN secert.
ATM transactions and PIN debit purchases require the use of a secret code known as a personal identification number or PIN. Memorize your PIN, and never write it on your card or store it with your card. Never let anyone else enter your PIN for you.
Do not give any information about your card over the telephone.
No company or individual needs to know your PIN…not even your finanical institution. If you perform transactions over the phone using your ATM or debit card, never disclose your PIN.
Never give information about your card in response to an unsolicited email or request.
Email is a common channel for fraud perpetration. Never provide your debit or credit card number, PIN or any other non-public personal information to any entity in response to an unsolicited email or request. Your financial institution will never ask for your PIN.
Make sure your Internet Shopping Sites are secure.
Look for secure transaction symbols when shopping online to ensure your account information is protected. Always log off from any site after you make a purchase. If you can’t log off, shut down your browser to prevent unauthorized access to your account information.
Protect your card’s magnetic stripe.
Do not expose your card’s magnetic stripe to magnetic objects. Magnetic objects can damage your card.
Report a lost or stolen card at once.
Immediately call your financial institution if your card is lost or stolen to reduce the chance that it will be used improperly. Immediate notice of lost or stolen cards will also limit your potential liability for unauthorized transactions.
Review your account statements for unauthorized transactions.
Review all account statements from your financial institution promptly, and report any errors (including transactions you believe may be unauthorized) as soon as possible. Prompt notification will limit your potential liability.

Crime is a reality everywhere in America!
August 23, 2007 by Bruce Gregg.
With all the crime you hear about on TV and in other news media, you’d think we are being invaded by an army of criminals. In fact, we have 5 times more murders in the USA in one single year than all the deaths of US forces in the 4 years of the IRAQ war! This figure doesn’t even include other crimes such as rape, assault, or burglary.
Big city, small town, even rural communities. Meth labs are hidden in rolling hills of small town areas - soon meth addicts are breaking into homes, hijacking cars, where violent crime was unheard of only a year ago.
RAPES…There were 94,635 reported rapes in 2004. The highest percentage of rape is in the Northeast. July is when the greatest number of rapes occur.
ROBBERIES…There were 401,326 robberies in 2004. Highest percentage of these (38%) were in the South. 42% of the robberies occurred on the streets, 14% occurred in homes.
ASSAULT…There were 854,911 incidents of aggravated assault. Firearms were used for 19.3% of the assaults, knives or cutting instruments 18.6%, other weapons (clubs, blunt objects, etc.) 35.6% and personal weapons (hands, fists, feet, etc.) accounted for 26.6% of the assaults.
CAR JACKINGS…There are around 38,000 car jackings each year. 74% of the victims faced a weapon. About 63% of carjacking incidents occurred within 5 miles of the victim’s home, including 17% that occurred at or near the home…sometimes in their own driveway. Only 4% occurred more than 50 miles from the victim’s home. It’s obvious there is a need for these products.
To say crime is all around us is an understatement. You and you alone must be ready and are responsible for protecting yourself. Make sure you’re prepared.
